Observe the entire state of the Qi field and your own state during the practice.

Observe the entire state of the object of your experiment and your own state during the Qigong experience.

Observe the entire state of a sick place and your own state during the Qigong healing.

This is the advanced way to practice Qigong to improve  your Qigong level.

The Xi'an Center will hold a Series Courses for practicing,together improve our Qigong level and body health

How will we proceeed ?

知 Zhi,  know Qi : Know the external Qi and internal Qi clearly and obviously.

觉 Jue, observe Qi : Observe the Qi state from the Universe and your body inside

得 De,  get Qi : Receive and get Qi wherever whenever you are.

用 Yong, use Qi : Use the Qi to heal all kind of disease. Use the Qi in your daily life for you and for others.

We will focus to

• Practice essential places in the body.
• Heal all kind of disease fast,
• Improve the whole life quality.
• Have a way to go back to your true self.

We will improve 5 special places in the body :

• Lower Dantian
• Hunyuanshenshi
• Hunyuan palace
• Huagai(heart)
• Hou(throat)

It will be one big zoom room with all the translations included in.
